Cancellations are accepted at no charge if made before your scheduled service. However, to be fair to your stylist, if you do not notify us before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Without proper notice, we are unable to fill the missed appointment and accommodate another client who may have needed that time slot.
If you need to cancel, please call and leave a message.
Creations Salon welcomes all new clients! To book a service, we require a credit card on file. A $1.00 pre-authorization will be applied, but this is not a charge—your $1.00 will be refunded.
If you book an appointment online, a credit card is also required. This policy helps ensure fairness to our stylists under our No-Show Policy.

In fairness to your stylist, and our other clients scheduled, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to be rescheduled.
If you are not happy with your new product, we will accept returns IF the product is not substantially used. We would gladly give you store credit, or exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds.
