As a courtesy, we will send a text confirmation 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment, an email 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, and a text confirmation 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointments when asked to do so.
Your appointment is very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and an appointment reschedule or cancellation may be necessary.
If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request notice BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! A charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged should adequate notice not be given. If you cancel in a timely manor there will be NO CHARGE for your cancelation.
This courtesy allows the availability to schedule another client from our waiting list and maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
– Clients who No Show for an appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
– Should you arrive 10 minutes or later into an appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and this could result in a late cancellation fee.
*Please note that shorter services, such as consultations, bangs, clipper cuts or facial waxing, may need to be rescheduled if the arrival time is 5 minutes or later.

Please do not respond to the confirmation text or confirmation email as these reminders are not monitored. Creations Salon welcomes all new referred clients! To book a service, we require a credit card on file. A $1.00 pre-authorization will be applied, but this is not a charge—your $1.00 will be refunded.
If you book an appointment online, a credit card is also required. This policy helps ensure fairness to our stylists under our No-Show Policy.

If you are not happy with your new product, we will accept returns IF the product is not substantially used. We would gladly give you store credit, or exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds.
