Our Policies
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations accepted before the scheduled service at no charge. In fairness to your stylist, if you do not notify us for canceling your appointment, you will be charged 100% for the cost of service. Without proper notice, we are unable to fill a missed appointment and service another client who may have needed that time slot. If you need to cancel, please call and leave a message or email us. There is no charge for cancellations!!
Deposits
Creations Salon welcomes all new clients. If you are a new client looking to receive a service, we require a credit card on file. This credit card will be pre-authorized for $1.00. We will NOT be charging you for any services, and your $1.00 will be refunded. If you are booking an appointment online, we also require a credit card on file. This is in fairness for your stylist for our no -show policy.
Late Arrivals
In fairness to your stylist, and our other clients scheduled, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to be rescheduled.
Product Returns
If you are not happy with your new product, we will accept returns IF the product is not substantially used. We would gladly give you store credit, or exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds.
